I feel like I've done okay with my research . It's always a relief to hear that brands are going to back their word and have good customer service - especially when investing in more expensive items! It certainly makes me feel better knowing they're reliable and good quality. I appreciate the suggestion; I'll look into Cybex too as I haven't heard of them - the more research, the better! haha.
