This is a wonderful idea for a thread! Life certainly has its way of knocking us down, and often all we need is an outlet to express ourselves freely without fear of repercussions or adding weight to others' shoulders.

I'll start: personal struggles with mental health have been hard recently - the constant uphill battle of staying motivated and finding purpose has been exhausting. Work has been especially challenging, with days where I feel incredibly unproductive and like an imposter in my role. It's a constant juggling act of managing expectations, including my own, which has left me feeling burnt out.
That being said, I'm grateful for this prompt to share and for the anonymity this forum provides - it's a relief to unburden these feelings!
