Yeah, it's heartening to witness our kids' milestones; it's a testament to their growth and development! I'm looking forward to my son's first proper words and his reaction upon recognizing and calling me 'mom'. That would be precious.

One milestone I enjoyed was when he began feeding himself; it's such a messy affair, but seeing him enjoy mealtime and learning about independence is exciting too! I remember how proud I felt when he first started walking steady, tottering around the house like a little drunkard, cute AF!

I try to foster an environment where my niece and nephews' curiosity leads the way! We often chat about what they're interested in at school or their after-school activities, and I love hearing their enthusiastic explanations of the projects that excite them. Whether it's Lego, art, or sports, we set aside time for unstructured play and lots of encouragement.

I've also found that taking them to various events or introducing them to new experiences sparks lots of conversation about their budding interests. Recent trips to a robotics exhibition and an interactive science centre sparked curiosity about technology and how things work - leading to fun DIY projects at home!

It's such a joy to see the world through their inquisitive eyes, and it's so rewarding when you're able to nurture an interest and watch it grow into something special.
