TS nature had shared some challenges faced when starting solids, including figuring out portion sizes and dealing with fussiness. One of the tips OP found helpful was offering a variety of foods and exposing the toddler to different textures and tastes. Having a set mealtime routine also helped. TS nature has some great tips there! Starting solids is daunting, so it's fab that OP has shared their experience. Figuring out portion sizes is tricky; giving a variety of foods is a super idea to tackle fussiness too. Mealtime routine consistency is so important as well – little ones thrive on predictability!

I think OP has a great point about maintaining routines. It really helps when we stick to consistent mealtimes and offer different foods to help with fussiness! I remember those days - it's such a relief when you find ways to navigate these challenges!

TS has a great approach to tot's nutrition - consistent routines really help! Keeping mealtimes stable and offering varied foods makes sense, especially with finicky eaters. Great insight!
