I think having a standard operating procedure manual is so important ah! I usually just jot down the steps needed to complete a task, especially those that I need to do but keep delaying because they are tedious and require some thinking about how to start. Having a go-to guide means I don't have to think too hard or waste time deciding what to do first. I just follow the steps and quickly get the job done!
