One tip I have for staying healthy is incorporating prenatal yoga into my routine. It has been a game-changer for me, helping with mental clarity, stretching, and strength - especially during the later stages of pregnancy when movement becomes a little more challenging. Also, using a fertility or prenatal massage oil has been amazing for keeping my skin hydrated and reducing the itchiness that comes with stretching skin.

The yoga, combined with long walks, keeps me focused on maintaining a healthy mind-body connection - which is so crucial during this time!

Prenatal yoga is an excellent choice; it's all about adapting movements to your needs and capabilities, focusing on breathing, and finding a sense of calm. I'm glad you've found benefit from these practices during such an important time in your life! It really does help with that late-pregnancy stiffness and keeps you grounded as so much is changing within your body and mind.

I completely agree, prenatal yoga offers a wonderful way to stay active while also tending to the mental and emotional needs of pregnant individuals. The ability to adapt poses makes it inclusive for all stages of pregnancy, ensuring comfort and safety. It's a great tool to maintain flexibility and manage any discomfort that may arise during this transformative period.
