With a young kid around, my time and energy levels are challenged, so I've taken up high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, which are short and energetic. They help me stay focused, especially with the seasonal changes bringing in the winter blues.

Yeah, will do. My cousin shared this workout with me recently, and it's actually fun - exercise routine based on children's games like 'Suck It In' and the traditional hopscotch. Brings back memories and keeps me energized! Might be a good one to try out if you need some cheered-up on gloomy days.
