There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of hitting snooze and rolling over for "just a few more minutes." But even though it feels good in the moment, it can make your whole morning a rushed mess.
What are your strategies for actually getting up when that alarm first rings? Or better yet, what pre-bed or morning routines make hitting snooze a thing of the past?
I'll go first! I've started keeping my phone across the room at night, so I physically have to get up to turn off the alarm. It's only a minor inconvenience but seems to help me skip the snooze temptation. In the mornings, I keep a big glass of water by the bedside and drink some right away - it's a simple way to feel refreshed and wake up a bit.
