There are so many aspects to self-care: physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual. And there are so many strategies to explore too.
What are your go-to self-care strategies when you feel like you need a boost or are feeling low? How do you practice self compassion and give yourself some love?
I'll go first! When I'm feeling down or stressed, exercise is one of the most effective ways I take care of myself. Endorphins are a wonder and I always feel so much better after a good workout. I also love a long hot bath with epsom salts - it's such a simple practice but helps me unwind mentally and physically.
What about you?
