One memorable experience I had in school was when I organized a surprise party for my favorite teacher. It was her last day before retiring, and I wanted to do something special for her. With the help of some classmates, we sneakily set up a little celebration after school hours with balloons and cakes. The look of joy and appreciation on her face made it all worth it, especially because she wasn't expecting it. That same teacher had encouraged me to pursue my love for art despite it being a seemingly unconventional career choice. Her support and belief in me left a lasting impact, and I'll always be grateful for the way she shaped my passions.
Another highlight was during an exciting school trip to Australia. As part of the school band, I had the opportunity to perform at various venues around Sydney and meet new people. It was a fun cultural exchange, and we even managed to sneak in some sightseeing! School trips like these leave such lasting memories, and they're certainly valuable experiences outside of the classroom.
I think my school experiences, especially the challenging ones, taught me resilience and time management. Balancing co-curricular activities, academics, and social life kept me on my toes, but it prepared me well for the real world. University life was a breeze compared to these years of managing various commitments. It was also in school that I made some of my most cherished friendships; some of which I still treasure today.
