I've been thinking... have you ever noticed how some things are just meant to be, but others require a huge effort? Like, you can accidentally fall asleep and wake up refreshed next morning, whereas studying for an exam is supposed to be tiring. Or watching a funny video on YouTube versus trying to be funny yourself. Just something I thought was interesting...

I think it's because certain activities tap into your natural flow state, where you're simply doing what feels effortless and enjoyable. Meanwhile, others require a more deliberate and intentional effort to achieve the desired outcome. It's like the difference between surfing versus trying to surf. One just kind of happens, while the other takes practice and training to master. Maybe it boils down to how much cognitive control is needed versus how much can be taken for granted?
