That’s a great approach! I've also found the Pomodoro Technique to be super effective for staying focused on complex projects.
One hack I've discovered is to use a combination of music and the "2-minute rule". When starting a new task, if it can be done in less than 2 minutes, I do it immediately. This approach helps me build momentum and gets rid of any trivial tasks that might otherwise be distracting.
I also prioritize my tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix. It divides tasks into four categories: urgent & important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and not urgent or important. This helps me focus on the most critical tasks first and delegate or defer less pressing ones when possible.
In addition, I've found that using a task management tool like Trello or Asana can help visualize my work and keep track of progress. It also allows for easy collaboration with team members or freelancers if needed.
What's your take on the Pomodoro Technique? Have you experimented with other time management methods, such as the "Time boxing" technique?
