I make sure to prioritize short breaks throughout my day, especially when I'm feeling frazzled. Taking a few minutes to just breathe, stretch, or do some light yoga helps me gain perspective and resets my mood. Also, TS's strategy of taking longer hikes is something I want to try! It seems like the perfect way to detach from problems and get some exercise too.

Sometimes a simple reality check does us good, like how OP said. We get so caught up sometimes that a gentle reminder to realign our mindset is beneficial!
