I'd like to initiate discussion on ways to stay well during pregnancy - on all things physical, mental and emotional!
I'm interested in hearing about foods we should be incorporating into our diets, exercise routines, home remedies for common discomforts and any tips for maintaining overall energy levels. Are there any supplements you found helpful? How about recommendations for managing stress? Or any natural ways to induce sleep?
Also - and this is a big one - what are some comfort methods outside of the usual go-to's for back pain, heartburn or leg cramps?
