Staying well while pregnant often goes beyond the usual advice of eating right and staying active. What are your tried-and-tested tips for maintaining physical health during pregnancy?

I'll start! I found that moderate stretching every morning helped ease back pain throughout my three pregnancies, and it was a great way to center myself for the day ahead. Also, drinking herbal tea helped settle my stomach in those sensitive first few months. Nothing too hot and preferably ice-cold - this also helped with constipation! Can't wait to hear your hidden gems!

I'm a big fan of prenatal massages! They helped relieve muscle aches and kept my blood circulation going during my two pregnancies. My go-to was a good old foot and calf massage - never underestimated the power of kineseology! Also, a warm (not hot) bath with Epsom salt did wonders for relaxing my muscles and aiding sleep.

My magic formula: keep a gap between your bra strap and neck. Relieved so many aches and pains that way, especially towards the end of my pregnancies.

Oh, and cut out fried food completely - instant heartburn remedy!
