I'll start! I found that moderate stretching every morning helped ease back pain throughout my three pregnancies, and it was a great way to center myself for the day ahead. Also, drinking herbal tea helped settle my stomach in those sensitive first few months. Nothing too hot and preferably ice-cold - this also helped with constipation!
