Hi everyone, hope you're all doing well!

I wanted to start a thread to discuss fitness and diet during pregnancy. As we all know, staying healthy and eating right is so important when expecting, but it can also be a challenge.

Share your experiences, tips and advice on how you've been keeping fit and healthy, what foods you're craving or finding comforting, and any strategies for staying on track. Also curious to hear about any exercises you've found beneficial, and any go-to snacks or meals that keep you and the baby healthy!

I'm in my third trimester now, so movement is a lot slower and more cumbersome, but I try to stay active by going on slow evening walks. My husband and I also just started doing some basic pregnancy yoga poses at home - nothing too intense, just some gentle stretching which feels really good especially for easing leg cramps.

Diet-wise, this entire pregnancy has been an exercise in tempering my sweet tooth! I've been craving all things sweet, so I've had to strategically keep treats like chocolates and cookies in the house, or else I'd polish them off in one go. But I make sure to also stock up on fresh fruits - berries especially - which helps satisfy my sugar cravings with some vitamins and fibre.

Maintaining a balanced diet has been a challenge, so I rely a lot on Ensure Plus milk shakes as an easy, on-the-go nutritional booster, especially when I'm too tired to cook a proper meal.
