I wanted to create a space for us all to share our experiences and insights on the various ways we feed our little nuggets. Whether you're team breast or bottle, or perhaps tandem feeding, I believe there's so much value in hearing one another's journeys and offering our support and advice where we can!

I'll go first! I combo feed my little one. I'm able to pump between feeds which means I can offer EBM (expressed breast milk) sometimes but otherwise, it's formula all the way - and that's okay! It's so reassuring to know that however feeding goes down, baby is getting the nutrients they need. I definitely had a few pins and needles moments trying to get latching right and learning how the whole breastfeeding process works - it's certainly not as easy peasy as the brochures would have you believe 😅 but I'm so glad I stuck with it!

How has everyone else's feeding journey been so far? Any challenges or wins you'd like to share, or questions you'd like to ask?

Feeding is a challenging but rewarding experience for me too! I exclusively breastfed both of my kids until they were 6 months old despite having insufficient supply. It was a real challenge but I'm proud I stuck with it, and am now reaping the benefits of a healthy and strong baby. Would love to hear more about your experiences combo feeding!
