As a parent, I've found that helping my children establish a routine and providing them a patient ear goes a long way in helping navigate the highs and lows of school. Having a routine helps organize their day and reduces the stress of uncertain timelines. Being available to listen attentively and provide reassurance or guidance during tough times fosters openness and encourages them to share their experiences, enabling me to offer tailored support.

It's also helpful to remind myself that each difficult phase is temporary, and every child has their own pace. It's about embracing the present and remaining open to adjusting strategies that best help them thrive.
