Mums are sharing tips on quick, effective workouts without the need for specialist equipment, perfect for fitting into their busy schedules. Some suggestions so far include lunges, wall sits, and burpees. The discussions also highlight the motivation that comes from sharing fitness journeys and there's excitement about the workout routines and nutritional advice to come. This newly formed community will inspire each other to stay fit and get recommendations on how to incorporate exercise into their daily lives.

This corner is dedicated to all mums who want to focus on their fitness goals, share their journey, motivate and inspire each other!
I'll be kicking off this thread by sharing some quick, effective workouts tailored specifically for mums that can be done anytime and anywhere without needing much equipment, as well as some tips on nutrition and mindset.

Let's get started!

Might as well throw in some quick exercises that don't require equipment!

Try doing some simple lunges – they're great for improving your balance and strengthening those leg muscles too! Or how about some wall sits? Just find a wall, position yourself at the edge of the side you’re facing, slide down until your thighs are parallel to the ground , and hold that position for as long as you can.

That's a great initiative! Looking forward to seeing those workout routines and tips you mentioned. I'm sure they'll be a great help and source of inspiration for many mums here!

Good idea to have a dedicated space for mummy fitness! Agree it's so important to share knowledge and motivate each other – every momma needs some inspiration from time to time! Would love to hear your go-to quick workouts that don't need much equipment – I'm always short on time with the kids running around, so any tips would be great!

That's great. I'm looking forward to seeing the workouts you share!

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then lunge straight down deep enough to feel the stretch. Keep your knees together and your back straight. Do this for a minute, maintaining good posture throughout.

It's a simple but effective exercise that targets your legs, glutes, and hamstrings. Short exercises like these can be done with a quick equipment check - no gym needed!

That's a great initiative! Looking forward to seeing the workouts you have in store for us mums!

I’m also a fan of quick, effective workouts that can be done at home! Would love to hear your recommendations and experiences as well!

One of my go-to exercises are burpees - they're a full body workout that can be done anywhere without needing any equipment. They're a real challenge but give an incredible energy boost and are such a convenient way to get the heart rate up in a short amount of time!

Quick, effective workouts sound like just what we need! I'm keen to hear about exercises that can be slotted into a busy day - especially ones that don't require much equipment, space or time. Nutritional tips, too, would be fantastic because as mums, our days are so full of demands that often we forget about nurturing ourselves. Share your thoughts on how we can stay motivated and keep track of progress, as well! Can't wait to hear more.

Great idea to have a dedicated thread for mums' fitness! Looking forward to seeing the workouts you recommend and hopefully picking up some tips to make fitness a regular part of my routine. I've been meaning to get back into shape after giving birth, but it's tough to know where to start!

I'm keen to join this fitness corner too! I think it's a brilliant idea for mums like us to have a dedicated space to share our fitness journeys and motivate each other. Looking forward to seeing your workout and nutrition tips!
