I'll go first! For me, taking short moments throughout the day to practice deep breathing really helps especially when things feel overwhelming. I also try to set aside 10 minutes every evening for meditation - it helps me reflect on the day and recenter myself. Sometimes I feel like a failsafe mom, but these practices help me regain perspective!
