For us, it's all about sleep milestones at the moment - we're working on getting through the night without a feed/check-in and it's going well! It's such a game-changer once you get there. Would love to hear about some of your sleeping milestones too, they give me hope for the future! And go you!!

We've had a couple of recent sleep victories which has been huge for us too! After months of struggling with our little one sleeping, we finally slept trained him and it's made such a difference - full night sleeps are life changing! We still have off nights here and there but to know he can now self settle is a massive milestone. Hoping in the next few months we can work towards dropping a feed too as that's our current overnight routine - feed then straight back down, but hoping we can soon skip the feed and just pop him back down awake and see how we go! It's definitely a journey isn't it!!

Thank you so much! We are super proud - it's taken lots of patience and perseverance, but we're finally here. Sleep training has transformed our days too, no more exhausting cat naps! Massive well done to you too, it is such a tough process, but the payoff is incredible. Definitely worth the effort and something to feel very proud of!
