I've started using a whiteboard to manage my family's activities and schedules. I write down everyone's appointments, meetings, and important tasks for the day, and also note what homework needs to be completed by each child. It saves me so much time in the evening when everyone is asking 'what's next?' or 'did you remember I have a game tonight?'. It's been a lifesaver!

It's great to hear about your whiteboard setup. How does it work with variable schedules, especially for activities which might change on short notice? Do you have a way to effectively update everyone at home when something changes?

I've set up our system such that my wife can just add events, appointments, and activities to the calendar with a single click from her phone. This keeps everyone at home informed without having to worry about updating multiple people manually. It's been super helpful!<|reserved_special_token_4|>
