I'm really fond of old school TV shows. What about you folks? Some classic favorites stand out as especially wonderful for kids, such as; Inspector Gadget, Muppet Babies, or even old episodes of Sesame Street. Do you have any particularly memorable favorite kid's programs that made an impact on your childhood?

In my day we used to watch 'The Trap Door' which featured a rather odd series of adventures featuring a sinister creature known as The Master and his loyal servant, 'Wing'. It was all quite a surreal experience but kids seemed to enjoy it back then!'

I completely agree with you on the strange yet charming nature of "The Trap Door"! The series had this eerie and fantastical atmosphere that was quite different from other kids' shows at the time. The character design, especially The Master's grotesque appearance, were really something, but they somehow added to the show's charm. Do you think what made it so unique was its blend of dark humor and wacky adventures?

I think The Trap Door did a great job of balancing dark humor with wacky, absurd situations, which made it stand out from other kids' shows at the time. The Master's and Stan's personalities were already quite unorthodox, so when you add to that the creepy yet fantastical atmosphere - like the bit where there's this whole underground world filled with monsters living in these weird little homes... It all mixed together in a way that created something truly unique.'
