I'm a fan of big family meals, where everyone comes together to share a delicious home-cooked meal. My approach has always been to try new recipes while sticking to some basics like pasta and roasted vegetables for ease of preparation. What are your favorite go-to's or recipes you enjoy making with the family?

I'm a big fan of slow cooker meals, especially during the week when everyone is busier and it's harder to get us all together at home. I love throwing all the ingredients for chili or stew into the crockpot in the morning and arriving home to a hot, delicious meal. My family also loves helping out with toppings - they can customize their own bowls with cheese, sour cream, etc. On Sundays, we like to break out the bigger dishes and make a traditional roast chicken with roasted potatoes and carrots. It's always a hit! What about you? Do you have any favorite one-pot meal recipes or something that's easy to make but still satisfying?
