As we approach a new week, I was thinking about planning a family meal that everyone can enjoy together. Our schedules have been quite hectic lately, so it would be nice to have dinner as a unit again.

I've got some staples like rice, pasta, and vegetables in the pantry, but I'm looking for inspiration on how to mix things up. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas for family-friendly meals that are also relatively easy to prepare?

A simple pasta bake is a great option. Just throw all your vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions, with some olive oil and cook them in a pan until they're tender. Add in some tomato sauce, cooked pasta, and shredded mozzarella cheese to create a one-dish meal the whole family can enjoy. It's easy to prepare and customise based on your family's preferences. You could even add in some cooked chicken or ground beef for added protein.
