There are so many different techniques and methods to feed your little one. Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or doing a mix of all three, what are some of your go-to techniques?

I'll start! When breastfeeding, I found that wearing a nursing bracelet really helped me keep track of which side I last fed on. It was also helpful to nurse in different positions sometimes, like the football hold when I needed to be discrete or when my LO preferred a different angle. I express milk using a manual pump because it's easier for me and more relaxing than lugging out my electric one. Lastly, when doing bottle feeds, I warmed up the milk using a hot water bath - it's a handy trick I learned from a fellow mom friend!

What about you? Any feeding techniques or tips you want to share?

I'm all about demand feeding and going with the flow -- baby knows best! But one hack which really helped me was using an insulated flask to warm up milk; much more convenient than a hot water bath, in my opinion, and safer too!
