I'm finally back at work after a grueling 8-month maternity leave. It's tough being a new mom, but seeing my son take his first steps makes it all worthwhile.

Hozanne, that's really thoughtful of you to create this supportive space for us to boast a little and celebrate life's victories, big and small.

Well, I'm thrilled because my little handmade craft business is taking off! It all started as a little experiment during the pandemic lockdowns. I've always loved making arts and crafts, so I decided to set up an Instagram page and started selling my work. At first, it was just a fun side hustle, but fast forward two years, and it's become a proper business venture! I'm still amazed that my little creations are sought after by many. It's been a wonderful creative outlet and a great learning journey too.

I'really proud that I took the plunge and turned my hobby into a real business. It shows that passion and hard work can go a long way! Here's to many more crafting experiments and to sharing the joy of creating with others!
