Celebrating Milestones

There's so much magic and wonder as our little ones grow up and hit those big milestones we've been looking forward to! Let's share them here and celebrate together - whether it's taking those first steps, saying first words or even graduating high school. What's that one thing your little one did recently that made your heart burst with pride?

I'll start! My tot just assembled the full puzzle by herself for the first time today - 24 pieces! She was so proud of herself and so were we. It seemed like such a big milestone because it really showed me her determination and growing independence as she figured it out on her own. I could see her brain working and connecting those dots, and it was such a special moment to witness. What are your Proud Parent Moments related to milestones?

That's awesome! The first time they assemble a puzzle on their own is a big deal - congratulations! It's amazing when you see them figure things out independently and grow more confident in their abilities. My son recently started talking non-stop about his favourite cartoons and it just melts my heart to hear him express himself so vividly now; he also seems to understand so much more, as we can have little conversations about his day at nursery or his friends, which is a wonderful new development. He's also getting much better at feeding himself - less mess everywhere! It's such a lovely phase to navigate these new milestones with them and watch their personalities develop.

It's a special phase, watching them grow confident each day and picking up new skills. The non-stop talking about favourite things is adorable - it's so heartwarming to hear their little voices express themselves with newfound clarity. And the improved feeding skills are a huge plus! It's fun to witness their personalities unfolding and connecting with them more through these meaningful conversations. Well done, mama - enjoy this special time!
