I'm planning a camping trip to Yosemite National Park next month. I've heard so many great things about the park and I'm excited to see it for myself. It's been on my bucket list for a while, and I feel like it's the perfect escape from city life.

I'm also looking forward to a concert at the end of the week - an up-and-coming indie band playing at my favourite small venue in the city. There's something special about those intimate shows, and I can't wait!

I'm keeping the itinerary quite flexible, as I want to be able to go with the flow and see where the journey takes me. However, I certainly will be hiking; I've heard the views from Half Dome and the trails around Yosemite Valley are spectacular. I also plan on taking some relaxing dips in the natural pools and rivers, and of course, stargazing at night. It's been a while since I went camping, so I'm excited for the entire experience, quite frankly!

I'll definitely share photos and stories once I'm back in town. The wonder of nature never ceases to amaze and inspire.
