Morning Routine Made Easy: Sleep Train and Family Calendar

I've found this sleep train hack to be a lifesaver for my family of three. We use an app (not specifically recommended, as it's personal preference) that helps us establish consistent bedtimes and wake-up times by automatically adjusting our schedules according to the sun's schedule. It even accommodates our child's preschool schedule, ensuring everyone is up at the same time regardless of which day of the week or if we have a parent-teacher conference.

A family calendar (or shared digital one) also helps organize events, appointments, and any personal work commitments among all three parents, keeping our daily routines aligned with each other. It's amazing how much more manageable everything is when we're on the same page!

Any fellow parents found similar apps or methods that have simplified your mornings?

One hack that has helped me is implementing a ' landing strip' near our front door where everyone places their belongings, such as backpacks, homework, and shoes, after coming home from school/daycare. It's become a consistent spot for each family member to return their items, making it easier for us parents to keep track of and ensure everything gets sorted out for the next day.
