How will my baby's birth impact my existing health conditions? I have a pre-existing condition which causes me extreme fatigue and migraines. My GP has advised against pregnancy, but I've recently had a positive pregnancy test. Is it normal to feel such bad fatigue during first trimester along with the other symptoms of early pregnancy?

You're likely experiencing increased fatigue and migraines as a result of hormonal changes starting around week four of your pregnancy. Fatigue is common, especially during the first trimester, as your body works to support the baby's growth and development. Additionally, many women report worsening symptoms in their early stages due to increased oestrogen levels which may exacerbate migraine frequency. Consult your healthcare provider for guidance on how to manage these symptoms and make informed decisions regarding any necessary precautions or adjustments.
