A quick power nap or some fresh fruit in the afternoon puts some pep in my step! I also take a few minutes to meditate, to zone out and escape the chaos in my head.

I find solace in taking short breaks to re-center myself amidst the daily hustle. Closing my eyes for a quick moment of mindfulness, focusing on my breath, and literally counting my blessings helps me regain perspective when I feel frazzled.
