I found myself unexpectedly pregnant at a time when I was supposed to be preparing for my final exams at university. Panicked, I didn't know who to turn to - it always felt like such an awkward conversation with friends or family members who assumed I would have done something differently. At around 32 weeks into the pregnancy I started to feel overwhelmed and unable to concentrate on anything else but being pregnant and unsure about this whole parenting thing. That's when a kind acquaintance recommended a local parent support group just in case.

Here is a suitable reply:

I totally get it, these kinds of conversations can feel super awkward and we often don't know where to start. It's great that you've got a local support group lined up, having somewhere safe and non-judgmental to reach out when needed sounds really helpful.'
